My verification request hasn’t been processed within one business day. What should I do?

If your request hasn’t been processed within 24 hours on a business day, please email us at support@amarkets.com indicating “Request for verification has not been processed” in the subject line of the letter. In the body of the letter, please indicate the number of your wallet and your full name.
