Typically, a confirmation code arrives almost immediately. If you haven’t received your SMS-code, this may be due to delays or interruptions on the side of your mobile operator.
Wait a few minutes, and if the message doesn’t arrive, go back to the Phone numbers management page and try to resend the code.
If this does not help, send an email at support@amarkets.com indicating “Can’t receive SMS verification code” in the subject line of the letter, and your full name, wallet number and phone number to confirm in the body of the letter.
