If the market for a selected trading instrument is closed, such as during weekends, you won’t be able to close your trade until the market reopens. You can check the trading hours for each instrument in the contract specifications.
Sometimes, due to display or connection issues, a trade may appear to remain open even after you’ve tried to close it. In many cases, the trade has actually been closed successfully. To verify, it’s a good idea to completely close your trading platform, reopen it, and check again.
