The account number or password you entered appears to be incorrect.
If you’re having trouble accessing your trading account, we recommend using the password recovery form.
You can reset the trading account password in the following section: Settings ⇒ My Accounts.
Choose the desired account and click “Get new password.”
To reset the password via the AMarkets mobile app:
Go to the All Accounts section from the main page. Then, select the desired account from the list and tap Reset. The new password will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
If you still receive the error message after resetting the password, please contact customer support.
