There are several reasons why this error may occur.
- Currently, there are no prices available for the selected instruments, or the latest prices can no longer be considered market prices. For this reason, when a trader tries to execute an order at these prices, the trading server returns the “Off quotes” message and refuses to execute it.
- The trader is trying to trade an instrument that has been closed.
Note: Please pay attention to the trading hours for each group of instruments. You can learn more about trading hours in the contract specifications.
Steps to resolve the error:
- Avoid trading when the market is highly volatile and has low liquidity.
- Check whether the instruments are available for trading.
