This means that you have opened a chart for an instrument that is not quoted for your account type. For example, you are connected to a Standard account but have opened the EURUSDb chart, which is quoted only on an ECN account.
To display only the instruments available for your account, please right-click inside the Market Watch window. Then select Show All. After that, the list of instruments available for trading will be automatically updated.
Suffixes for trading currency pairs and metals in MetaTrader 4:
- The suffix “c” is used on Fixed accounts, e.g., EURUSDc.
- The suffix “b” is used on ECN accounts, e.g., EURUSDb.
- The suffix “d” is used on Standard Market accounts, e.g., EURUSDd.
- The suffix “i” is used on Standard Instant accounts, e.g., EURUSDi.
