What to do if quotes “froze”?

Interruptions of streaming quotes usually occur due to the loss of an Internet connection. In the desktop version of your terminal, you can check the connection status in the lower right corner. Your connection is lost if you see a blue icon or a No Connection sign.

In the mobile application, the status is displayed in the upper left corner of the side menu.

Please note that cryptocurrencies are quoted during the weekends too. For other instruments, quotes will be “frozen”.

If FAQ didn’t help, please contact your personal manager or email us at support@amarkets.com indicating “Price quotes are not updated in the platform” in the subject line of the letter. Please specify your full name and account number in the body of the letter.
