Why Was the Withdrawal Request Declined?

You can find the reason for the rejection of your withdrawal request in the email sent to your registered email address.

Additionally, you can check it in the Finance => Transactions history section. Common reasons for rejection include:

  • You need to verify your payment method in the Payment method verification section. Upload a photo or screenshot of your payment method there.
  • You need to select the withdrawal payment method in accordance with the deposit proportion.
