If you need to start trading using a different currency and transfer your existing funds between your AMarkets accounts in different currencies but encounter the error “You’ve reached the limit for transfers with currency conversion”*, please follow these steps:
- Send a message via the chat in your AMarkets account. The chat is located in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Alternatively, you can send an email to support@amarkets.com. Specify that you wish to make a transfer between your accounts in different currencies, including the account numbers and the transfer amount.
- Our customer support specialists will request any necessary additional information and forward your request to the financial department. The internal transfer will be completed within three hours. In exceptional cases, it may take up to one business day.
*The following limitations apply to transfers between your AMarkets accounts in different currencies:
Maximum number of transactions per day (00:00 – 23:59 UTC) for one currency pair: 1
Maximum transfer amount per day (00:00 – 23:59 UTC) per currency pair in USD equivalent: 1000
