What should I do if a client hasn’t been automatically assigned to my partner group immediately after registration?

If the client hasn’t performed any trading operations yet, send an email at support@amarkets.com indicating “The client wasn’t assigned to the partner group” in the subject line of the letter, and your full name and wallet number, as well as the client’s wallet number in the body of the letter.

 

If the client has already performed trading operations in his account, he will have to open a new account using the partner tag.
