- For the desktop browser: Go to My Accounts section of your Personal area, find the account you need and click Options – Recover password.
- For a web browser on a smartphone: Go to My Accounts section of your Personal area, find the account you need, tap on it to expand the account card, then tap Recover password below.
- For AMarkets’ mobile application: Select the desired account and tap on it to go to the account card. Next, click Sent by mail next to Password.
In all 3 cases, you will receive an email with a new password.
If you have any difficulties or you haven’t received an email with a new password, contact AMarkets customer support. In the message, please indicate your full name and wallet number.
