*Net deposit is calculated as the difference between the total deposits and total withdrawals (excluding the profit received from trading) made during the verification period of a client.
Example (Start rate): if a client deposits $1,000 and then withdraws $500, the client’s net deposit will amount to $500, and the partner will receive $100 as an affiliate reward.
Terms and Conditions
- The Referred Client is at least 18 years of age.
- The Referred Client has not previously registered an account with the Company.
- There is no direct affiliation between the Referred Client and the Partner. This includes, but is not limited to, overlapping IP addresses, identical or clearly related full names, shared contact details, or any other data indicating a direct connection between the two parties.
- The Referred Client’s contact details and identity have been successfully verified.
- The Referred Client is reachable through at least one communication channel (email, phone, or messenger). The Company reserves the right to reject payment if the Referred Client fails to respond to a Company representative’s request to establish contact and complete identity verification — a process necessary to exclude incentivized or motivated registrations.
- Payments for registrations are made only after all of the above conditions have been fulfilled. The maximum moderation period is 30 calendar days from the date of registration. If the conditions are not satisfied within this period, the payment will be automatically declined.
- Upon the Company’s request, the Partner must provide information regarding their traffic sources and the advertising materials used (including banners and promotional texts). If the Partner fails to provide this information, the Company reserves the right to withhold payment of any Commission to the Partner.
- If the conversion rate from registrations to funded accounts is below 1% by the end of the moderation period, the Company reserves the right to reject all Referred Client registrations generated by the Partner and classify them as unqualified.
A commission under the Cost Per Sale (CPS) model will be confirmed and qualify for payment only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The Client’s account, including all associated payment methods, has been fully verified.
- The Client has achieved the required trading turnover based on their deposit amount (as specified in the table above).
- Payments are made only after all of the above conditions have been fulfilled. The maximum moderation period is 180 calendar days from the date the deposit is made. If the conditions are not satisfied within this period, the payment will be automatically declined.
The Partner is strictly prohibited from utilizing the following traffic sources and advertising methods:
- Brand bidding
- Clickunders and popunders
- Doorway pages
- Incentivized or motivated traffic
- Adult traffic
- Auto-redirects
- Pop-up advertisements
- Email and SMS marketing sent on behalf of the Company or mentioning the Company’s brand
- Sellers of automated trading software (trading robots) or trading signals.
- Copy trading strategy managers, or any individuals or entities that otherwise manage client funds or engage in pooled or collective trading.
These categories of partners can work only within the “Agent” cooperation model and earn commission only from the attracted clients’ trading turnover.
