Contest Rules and Regulations

Contest Rules for “Rally Trade Indonesia 2022” (hereinafter referred to as the Rules):
 

1. Basic terms and definitions

Contest organizer: The organizer of the Contest is AMarkets LLC, No. 22567 BC 2015 (hereinafter AMarkets, Company, Organizer).

Contest participant: is an Indonesian citizen who has attained the age of eighteen (18) years, permanently resides in Indonesia, and has performed the actions required to participate in the Contest in accordance with these Rules. Individuals who do not meet the specified requirements are not eligible to participate in the Contest and receive prizes. The Contest prizes cannot be shipped abroad.

Client’s personal area: remote service software used by the Company and its Clients to provide and receive brokerage services. The personal area allows Clients to get access to their trading accounts and trading transactions at any time and from any device using an Internet connection and enables the exchange of information between the Company and the Client.
 

2. General provisions

2.1 The “Rally Trade Indonesia 2022” Contest (hereinafter referred to as the Contest) is held by AMarkets in Indonesia.

2.2 Both new and existing clients of the Company can participate in the Contest.

2.3 The Contest is held in Indonesia for AMarkets clients who are Indonesian citizens.

2.4 Contest period: from February 1, 2022 (inclusive) to December 31, 2022 (inclusive).

2.5 Terms and definitions in these Rules are used in accordance with the AMarkets Customer Agreement unless otherwise defined in these Rules.
 

3. Contest terms

3.1 The Contest is conducted in four separate stages, not connected with each other. A new or existing client of the Company who, during the Contest period, replenished their live trading account in the amount of $300 or greater can join the Contest. Information about the contest stages and their timing is provided below in Appendix 1.

3.2 To participate in the prize drawing, the Participant must, during the stage of the Contest, replenish their account in accordance with clause 3.1 and achieve the required trading turnover for the following trading instruments: currency pairs (FX) and metals – on Fixed, Standard, RAMM Trader accounts.

3.3 The trading turnover in clause 3.2 is calculated based on closed trades. For example, if a client has opened a total volume of 5 lots and later closed 4 lots worth of positions, then the Client’s trading turnover will be 4 lots.

3.4 If the conditions of clause 3.2 are met, the Participant receives a medal depending on the trading turnover achieved within this particular Contest stage. All medals can be viewed in the “My achievements” section of the Client’s personal area. Every time the Participant earns a medal, they also receive a notification of a new achievement sent to the email address indicated in the Client’s personal area and as a push notification in the AMarkets mobile application. The turnover required to earn each medal is specified in Appendix 1.

3.5 Upon receiving the medal, the contest Participant is qualified to receive a reward corresponding to this medal. At the same time, the Participant is excluded from the prize drawing of medals in a lower denomination than the last medal. For example, if at first, the Participant received a medal that had a face value of 3 lots, and then a second medal that had a face value of 5 lots, then the Participant will be qualified to participate in the prize drawing of medals that have a face value of 5 lots, and will be excluded from the prize draw of the 3-lot medals.

3.6 After receiving the medal depending on the trading turnover specified in clause 3.3, the Participant undertakes to share this achievement on one or more social networks: Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Telegram. Posts in Telegram can be made only in a public channel with at least 100 subscribers. The Company should be able to check the availability of a post at any time during the Contest period. In the absence of a post or the Company’s inability to check its availability and correctness, the Participant will be excluded from the prize draw of this Contest stage.

3.7 Upon completion of the Contest stage, the Organizer selects the winners in each nomination among the Participants who have fulfilled the above requirements using the algorithm specifically designed for winner determination (hereinafter referred to as the Algorithm). The Algorithm tracks the key parameters such as the number of lots traded during the corresponding Contest stage and the availability of publications on social media.

3.8 The awards ceremony for winners of Stage 4 of the Contest will be held during a gala event after the completion of Stage 4. The event time, date and venue will be communicated at a later date. The gala event will take place in an offline format if the epidemiological situation and other factors do not interfere with the event’s organization. Should it be impossible to host an offline event, all participants will be informed of the award procedure.
 

4. Contest prizes

4.1 The Participant of the Contest, who was included in the winners’ list in accordance with clause 3.7, is entitled to a reward in accordance with clause 3.5. The reward will be shipped to the winner at the specified delivery address after clause 4.3 is fulfilled.

4.2 Each winner will be notified via the email address indicated in the client’s personal area, by push notification in the AMarkets mobile application and via a phone call from the personal manager if he is assigned to the Contest winner.

4.3 The reward will be granted to the Contest Winner only if all the requirements specified in paragraph 5 below are met. If the Contest Winner refuses to fulfill the requirements, they will be eliminated from this Contest stage and will not receive a reward. In this case, AMarkets reserves the right to award another Participant.
 

5. Requirements for receiving a prize

5.1 To receive a prize, each Contest winner undertakes to become an AMarkets brand ambassador and publish a photo of the prize on their social media, adding the official hashtags of the Contest and the Company. If the Participant refuses to act as an ambassador after winning the Contest, this Participant will be excluded from this Contest stage and will not be entitled to a prize.

5.2 Winners of Stages 2, 3 and 4, in addition to fulfilling the conditions of clause 5.1, undertake to participate in an interview with a Company representative and answer the questions prepared in advance, which will be later made available to the general public.

5.3 The grand prize winners of Stages 2, 3 and 4 (highlighted in bold in the “Prizes” column of Appendix 1) also undertake to make and provide the Company with a short video that shows the branded prizes they have received. The video will be used by the Company for promotional purposes in the future.

5.4 The grand prize winners of Stages 2, 3 and 4 undertake to make at least one publication per month for one year after receiving the prize on their social networks. The post must contain the photo of a branded prize and hashtags of the Contest and the Company.

5.5 The grand prize winners of Stages 2, 3 and 4 become AMarkets brand ambassadors for 1 year after the prize is received and are not allowed to resell the prize or give it as a gift to third parties during this period.

5.6 Within a year after the end of the Contest, the Company may interact with ambassadors to organize joint marketing activities online and/or offline.
 

6. Final provisions

6.1 These Rules were approved by the Company’s CEO and can be modified or supplemented in the same way.

6.2 The Company reserves the right to change these Rules at any time without prior notice. In case of any amendments and/or modifications, the new version of the Rules will be published on the Company’s website https://id.amarkets.com/ and take effect from the moment of publication.

6.3 The Contest Organizer reserves the right not to allow any individual to enter the contest/exclude the Participant from the Contest at its own discretion, without specifying the reasons.

6.4 The Contest Participant has the right to decline participation in the Contest by submitting an application in electronic form, confirming the refusal.

6.5 The Contest Participant undertakes to independently find out information about the changes, amendments and modifications to these Contest Rules by contacting customer support at https://id.amarkets.com/ or calling the hotline, as well as to get familiarized with the Contest terms and conditions. All applications and claims will be accepted until January 31, 2023. Applications and claims received after January 31, 2023, will not be considered.
