I transferred money to my trading account, but it hasn’t been credited so far. What should I do?

  1. Make sure that regulatory deadlines for this particular money transfer have expired.
  2. Send a copy of your payment receipt to finance@amarkets.com with comments that money transfer hasn’t been credited to the trading account, indicating the account number, method, date and the amount of transfer.
