I sent a request for withdrawal, but I haven’t received the money yet. What should I do?

  1. Make sure that regulatory deadlines for this particular money transfer have expired.
  2. Check the “Requests history” in your Personal Area. If the request has been declined, within one working day from the submission you will receive notification, explaining the reason for the decline.
  3. If you haven’t received notification, please send an email at finance@amarkets.com with a description of an issue, indicating the number of your Trading Account.
  4. Wait for the reply. Our specialists will address your issue within one working day.
  5. You can also contact your personal manager for a more swift reply.
