In June 2020, The Financial Commission, an independent international organization, once again highly evaluated the quality of AMarkets’ service and its customer-oriented approach.
Despite the increased number of client claims filed to The Financial Commission in the first half of the year, AMarkets accounted for less than 1%. Out of 661 trade claims received by the Financial Commission for the period from January to April 2020, only 5 involved our company. In May and June 2020, there were no complaints from clients.
