I am a platinum client, how can I receive compensation for payment system commission on funds withdrawal?
In order to get a refund of payment system commission, contact your personal account manager after the withdrawal transaction is complete.
In addition, every second Wednesday of the month you can take advantage of AMarkets’ offer according to which all clients can withdraw their funds commission free (the commission will be compensated at the expense of the Company).
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum amount to withdraw from the Trading Account:
Transfer to WebMoney – $ 1
For security reasons, WebMoney withdrawal limit is $ 2000 per day.
Bank transfer – $ 100
Please note that the amount of funds to be withdrawn should not exceed the amount of remaining funds in the account, including transaction fees. For more information on withdrawal limits follow the link.
How often can I withdraw funds from my Trading Account?
You can send a request for withdrawal anytime, and, if certain conditions are met, your funds will be either be instantly and automatically withdrawn, or the Finance Department will process your request within one business day. However, you need to make sure that you have enough funds available for withdrawal, taking into account transaction fees and limits within a particular payment system.
I sent a request for withdrawal, but I haven’t received the money yet. What should I do?
- Make sure that regulatory deadlines for this particular money transfer have expired.
- Check the “Requests history” in your Personal Area. If the request has been declined, within one working day from the submission you will receive notification, explaining the reason for the decline.
- If you haven’t received notification, please send an email at email@example.com with a description of an issue, indicating the number of your Trading Account.
- Wait for the reply. Our specialists will address your issue within one working day.

Can I withdraw funds from my trading account if there are open positions?
You can withdraw funds from your Trading Account if you have open positions, provided that the available funds are sufficient for withdrawal and keeping open positions. Please note, that the Client takes all the risks associated with positions closure due to lack of funds in the account.
How to withdraw funds from the Trading account?
To place a request for withdrawal, please log in to your Personal Area. All requests under 15 000 USD are processed on the same business day from 8 a.m. until 17 p.m. 08:00 – 17:00, UTC+1. All requests exceeding 15 000 USD are processed within two business days. The company does not allow third-party withdrawals.
There are no restrictions on withdrawals to bank cards in USD regardless of the issuing country. Withdrawals to cards denominated in USD are made without conversion. Fund transfers to cards denominated in other currencies are carried out in accordance with the payment processing terms of the issuing bank. The service is provided by Winpay. In some cases, the withdrawal period may take up to 5 business days.
Does AMarkets charge any commission on deposit/withdrawal?
AMarkets does not charge any additional commission for deposit/withdrawal in its favor.
Can I replenish my trading account with cash at AMarkets office?

Can I deposit/withdraw money to/from a trading account to/from a third person’s account?
Unfortunately, all deposits from third parties, as well as withdrawals in their favor are prohibited. All non-trading transactions for deposit/withdrawal are performed only to and from the trading account owner.
I have some money left over in my account. Will it be added to my new deposit?
All Clients’ funds remain in their accounts, even if the amount is insufficient to open new trading positions. You can withdraw your funds at any time, while money that comes in a new deposit will be added to your current account balance.
